Withdraw or Amendments 

• The company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time before the validity end date. 

• We reserve the right to remove eligibility or deny a cashback payment if incorrect, false or incomplete information is provided. Either party breaches their tenancy agreement, or the scheme is misused or manipulated. 

• Bank details collected for cashback processing will be used solely to facilitate payment and handled in accordance with company data protection policies.  

A £75 Termination of Tenancy payment will apply. The Termination of Tenancy payment must be paid within this 3 day period. If the Termination of Tenancy payment is not paid within this 3 day period we reserve the right to revoke this promotion and refuse your release from the contract

Where the reason for cancellation cannot be proved in line with the above, the student will remain liable for the full contractual rent, unless and until a replacement tenant is found. Referrer:  

To receive the cashback, the Referrer must:

Withdraw or Amendments 

• The company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time before the validity end date.
