View all QuestionsHow do I book my accommodation?
Do I need a guarantor and what are my payment options?
Your tenancy agreement sets out when rent is due across the year. We offer a range of payment options:
• A single payment in August, or two payments in August and December (no guarantor required)
• Three payments to align with your student loan dates (September and January) (guarantor required)
• Monthly Direct Debit split over 10 months (guarantor required)
You’ll be asked to set up your Direct Debit when you sign your tenancy agreement.
How quickly can I move in?
This depends on the property and when your room is ready, but Clearing rooms are usually set up for quick move-ins. Once you’ve secured your room then contact us to arrange a check-in appointment.
I’m an international student arriving out of hours – what do I do?
If you can, try to arrive during normal check-in hours—but we know that isn’t always possible, especially if you’re travelling internationally.
If you’re due to arrive out of hours, contact your property team as soon as you can so we can advise you on the next steps. We’ve also put together a list of local hotels if you need an overnight stay.
