Sunny Peterson Hall, is hands down the best student accommodation I have resided in. Shayne and Wendy are lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble. Always make me and my flatmates so welcome. The feeling of being safe in a clean welcoming environment really is refreshing. The location is perfect for uni, walks, bars, and restaurants. Everything is on the doorstep. Knowing I can rely on coming home to a happy friendly place is definitely up there with how much I appreciate living here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can't recommend this place and it's staff enough *****

The staff members were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist with any inquiries or issues. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to campus and nearby amenities. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a convenient, safe, and enjoyable place to live during their studies.

The property is located very close to the University of Leeds and has a lot of food options available at a walk of mere 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tracy. I rebooked to stay here, and I must say the change in management has been a game-changer. The new manager has truly gone above and beyond to make the experience exceptionally smooth. One of the standout improvements is the fantastic new refurbishment. The flats now have a modern look that's aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The location is incredibly ideal and convenient. I look forward to my continued stay.

Fantastic student accommodation! As a student at Coventry University, Singer Hall has been an excellent choice for my accommodation. Located just a 10-minute walk from campus, it offers convenience and a vibrant student community atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and spacious enough for study and relaxation. Each flat is shared between a few students, with a fully equipped kitchen and living space that make socializing easy. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, which is a must for both coursework and leisure. What I particularly appreciate is the affordable rent, which includes all utilities—so no surprise bills!

I'm a rebooker at Woodhouse Flats, and let me tell you, it's the real deal. The location is spot-on, with everything you need just steps away. Also means you get a little bit longer in bed because you have the University of Leeds on your doorstep!! But the star of the show is Tracey – she's is so helpful and kind, and always feel safe speaking to her as I live away from home. The rooms are cozy and have all the essentials. As a repeat guest, I can't get enough of this place. If you're looking for a sweet spot to stay, Woodhouse Flats and Tracey are the way to go. Crying that this is my last year at university otherwise, I’d live here again next year!
