Sunny Peterson Hall, is hands down the best student accommodation I have resided in. Shayne and Wendy are lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble. Always make me and my flatmates so welcome. The feeling of being safe in a clean welcoming environment really is refreshing. The location is perfect for uni, walks, bars, and restaurants. Everything is on the doorstep. Knowing I can rely on coming home to a happy friendly place is definitely up there with how much I appreciate living here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Can't recommend this place and it's staff enough *****

One of the standout improvements is the fantastic new refurbishment. The flats now have a modern look that's aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The location is incredibly ideal and convenient. Fantastic student accommodation! As a student at Coventry University, Singer Hall has been an excellent choice for my accommodation. Located just a 10-minute walk from campus, it offers convenience and a vibrant student community atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and spacious enough for study and relaxation. Each flat is shared between a few students, with a fully equipped kitchen and living space that make socializing easy. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, which is a must for both coursework and leisure. What I particularly appreciate is the affordable rent, which includes all utilities—so no surprise bills!

This is my second year living in Goods Corner, and everything has been great so far. The building’s location is amazing (2-minute walk from Cameron toll and 5-minute walk from King Campus), with plenty of bus stops nearby. The facilities are very well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Everyone at reception is lovely, always available to help, or just for a chat. Overall, I strongly recommend Goods Corner, and I am yet to have any complaints at all.

I've had an absolutely fantastic experience living here and I would give it 100 stars if I could without hesitation. The accommodation is clean, modern, and really well maintained, with comfortable rooms and welcoming shared spaces. What really stands out though is the staff. Especially the assistant manager, Ciara. She is incredible! Always friendly, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping students. Whenever I've had a question or needed support, she's been efficient, proactive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It's clear she cares about every resident, and her dedication makes life here so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also ideal, with shops, transport, and the university not to far, making it super convenient for student life. Thanks to Ciara and the team, this accommodation doesn't just feel like a place to stay it feels like a supportive community. I would highly recommend it to any student.
