It is important to take a break from studying and be more active! Your lifestyle can have a significant impact on your physical health. Making tiny changes to your lifestyle can drastically improve your health. Physical activity can improve your mental wellbeing. Being physically active means moving your body and working your muscles, for example, you can take a 30-minute daily walk, go for a jog in the park, take up dancing with a friend, go to your local pool for a swim, do some yoga to relax or even do a bit of gardening in your spare time.

Being active releases chemicals in your brain that make you feel good – in return this boosts your self-esteem and helps you concentrate on your work, plus it aids with sleep.
