Our Obligations to You

1. We agree to use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website in a fully operating condition and error free.  As we cannot guarantee that the Website will always be fully operational or error free, we do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist, or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to access the Website.

2. The Website is provided without any warranties or guarantees unless specifically stated.
    
3. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Website for any reason at any time.
    
4. Whilst we take reasonable precautions to ensure that any downloads we make available will be virus free, we do not warrant that any downloads will be virus free and will not cause interruptions with your computer systems.

Your Obligation to Us

1. You agree that you will only use the Website in a manner that is consistent with these user conditions and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.  Including, but not limited to:- in particular, you will not use the Website to transmit or post any material which is defamatory, offensive or of an obscene or menacing character or which may, in our judgement, cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety to any person.
    
2. You may make an advance application to The Company for permission to link to this Website. If granted, you may only create a link to this Website on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate,  the home page of this Website, and subject to the following conditions:-
    
   i) You do not in any way imply that The Company is endorsing any products or services other than its own;
   
   ii) You do not make false claims with regards to your relationship with The Company nor present any other false information about The Company;
   
   iii) You do not otherwise use any logo, trademarks or trade name displayed on this Website without express written permission from The Company;
   
   iv) You do not remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of our logo, trademark or trade name;

5. You are responsible for obtaining the equipment and paying all telephone charges necessary to access and use the Website.  You are also responsible for making your own back-up arrangements.

You agree that the material and content contained within or provided by the Website is for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without our permission.  Your use of the Website carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of The Mansion Group Ltd.

10. Downloads and printing of graphics and extracts from this Website are permitted for personal use on the proviso that:-

Any breach  of the terms in this legal notice will result in the automatic termination of your permission to use this Website and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

    In the event of a dispute arising out of the Website you the user and The Company agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.  However, The Company reserves the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
