The property features great communal areas, with comfortable sofas/seating and a cinema room where residents can kick back, relax and have fun. In our social studios, you will have access to your own communal kitchen area as well as enjoying a kitchen within your own private studio.

Please note: Nottingham is a thriving city constantly evolving and developing with a large amount of regeneration work taking place in the city.
Building development work is currently occurring adjacent to Mansion Place and is expected to continue into 2023. We are working closely with the developers to ensure that the impact on our residents is minimal. However, some noise and disruption above that usually experienced with city centre living, is to be expected.
