Avon Way, Colchester

Avon Way has proven to be another strong location and has been well received by the returning students. We fully expect rental levels to grow on 2008 rates in 2009 as the reputation grows and facilities at the site become better known.

There is also the potential for further development of part of the site to provide new, en-suite accommodation for the more discerning students. We expect work to commence in the summer of 2009 with completion by no later than Autumn 2010.
