Each student who books a room for letting/academic year 2012/13 will receive an iPad 2 16GB. This promotional item will be issued in October 2012 after receipt of first instalment of rent.

Offer only available to students paying rent in either 1 or 3 instalments.

Limited availability. Strictly first come first served.

Mansion Student will decide the colour of this item and the decision will be final.

This promotion is valid only at advertised site. This promotion is as stated and non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives are available. No other promotional offers can be used in conjunction with this offer.

Mansion Student reserves the right to substitute an incentive of equal or greater value.

Contract and associated costs will be the responsibility of the student and do not form part of this promotion.

Each student consents to being available for publicity shots if required.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Mansion Student’s decision shall be final. Mansion Student reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
