Fancy living in the Royal Borough of Chelsea and Kensington? We don’t blame you, who wouldn’t? Home of the rich and famous, the cool and connected, it’s always phenomenally popular. And in Mansion SW3, we have a cracking place that might just be what you’re looking for. Here’s why...
This awesome property sits in the heartlands of London. Travel in any direction and you’ll stumble upon yet another famous landmark or area within minutes. Don’t believe us? Well, Notting Hill is ten minutes away on the tube. Or head towards Westminister and within 6 minutes you could be standing outside the Houses of Parliament! More importantly though, being so central, pretty much every university in the city is reachable in no time.
Anyway, we don’t want to labour the point. The location is unbeatable. So what about the property itself? Well, it’s pretty great as well! Every single room will be completely refurbished in summer 2012 to an extremely high standard. Fresh, clean and stylish, you will be moving into what is essentially a brand new place. They say an image is worth a thousand words so check out ours above!

The Residence Hall is a great place to live. The staff are very kind and helpful and reception is open 24 hours, so no worries if you lose your key! Located in Chelsea, which is one of the best neighbourhoods in London, LRH is a suitable place for students.
I'm definitely going to come back there!

The IES London Residence Hall offered me a positive residence hall experience. The staff are very caring and helpful and living in Chelsea offered a safe environment with easy access to the rest of London.

I can’t believe how lucky I was to be able to live there. It’s probably the best location you can find in London: trendy, fashionable, and right off King’s Road! Everything you ever want is right outside the door: shopping, food, and pubs. At the same time it was very residential, quiet, and safe. If you walked the
other way (away from King’s Road) you had a calm area with housing, so you really got the best of both worlds.

The IES London Residence Hall attracted me for its unique location in one of the greatest cities on earth. I was looking for a
whole new life experience and it soon exceeded my best expectations. Everyday I meet students from across the world and being at home is always a different experience. I have found the perfect atmosphere for study and party in London. Home Sweet Home.
