Mansion Student India Office was opened in 2010 to provide a specialist service to all Indian Students planning
to study in the UK source their accommodation. Mansion Student India is there to help you from your very first
enquiry into accommodation, booking your accommodation through to your departure in India and arrival in the
UK. On arrival in the UK our UK based Hospitality teams are there to look after you up until the day you leave
our accommodation.
We want to make the process of finding and booking your accommodation as simple and convenient as possible
for you. Our specially trained staff are dedicated to ensuring that whatever queries you may have are dealt with
and that you can leave for the UK with the assurance and peace of mind that we have met your needs.
At Mansion Student India, we will:
- Ensure you find the best and most suitable property, based on which UK University you are studying at
- Ensure you find the best type of accommodation that meets your personal requirements
- Ensure that you have a point of contact in India both before and after your departure
- Ensure that your parents have a point of contact in India whilst you are living in the UK.
- We can provide you with whatever information you require on the area, accommodation and local amenities before you arrive in the UK
- We provide travel information on how to get to the accommodation from the airport. For groups of more than four students we can book a taxi service that will take you direct to your accommodation.

Information for Parents
Studying abroad can be an exciting and rewarding experience, but it can also be a challenging transition. Mansion Student recognises the vital supporting role that parents play during this time, but we want to assure you that our Hospitality Teams and Head Office staff are on hand to provide you with all the information you may need.
Mansion Student wants your son/daughter to enjoy their independence. We want you to know we will provide a supportive, safe living environment as well as a brilliant living experience that will help your son/daughter prepare for life beyond University.
Why Mansion Student gives you reassurance
Our Hospitality Teams are recruited to care purely for the student. They are a point of contact for you to speak to should you wish. The team are there for your son/daughter if they require advice on the accommodation, location or general personal advice. You can call the Hospitality Manager with any questions or concerns you may have whilst your son/daughter is staying with Mansion Student.
We operate the ANUK code of practice, which is a regulated voluntary accreditation scheme fully supported by the National Union of Students and UK Government. This gives you the reassurance that payment is being made to a reputable landlord and you can be assured your son/daughter’s accommodation will be prepared to a high
standard when they arrive.
Our accommodation ranges from studio apartments to cluster flats, which are ideal environments for meeting new people of different nationalities.
We value student feedback and use it to continually review our processes, to ensure we provide an excellent service.
All our rents are inclusive of all utility bills so there are no hidden costs.
Our properties are refurbished to a high specification.
We operate an online maintenance reporting service with an onsite Facility Assistant there to address any maintenance issue quickly and efficiently.
All our accommodation is chosen for easy access to your son/daughter’s place of study and other key local amenities.
Should you wish to visit your son/daughter whilst they are living with us, our Hospitality Manager can provide you with details of local hotels.
